Size Range
M5 to M64 (nylon insert) · M5 to M36 (all-metal prevailing torque)
Important Notes
Nylon insert lock nuts should not be used above 120°C — the nylon softens. For high-temperature applications, use all-metal prevailing torque nuts (DIN 980) or Nord-Lock washers instead.

Materials We Use
Nut Materials & Grades
We manufacture nuts in all standard and exotic material grades — from carbon steel to Inconel 718.
Carbon Steel
Grade 5 · Grade 8 · Grade 10
Most economical option for general purpose applications. Available in zinc plated, HDG and black oxide finishes.
Stainless Steel
SS 304 · SS 316 · SS 316L · SS 310 · SS 321
Excellent corrosion resistance. SS 316/316L for marine, chemical and food-grade environments.
Alloy Steel
ASTM A194 2H · 4 · 7 · 7M
High-strength alloy nuts for high-temperature and high-pressure bolted flange joints in oil & gas.
Duplex SS
UNS S31803 · S32205 · S32750
Superior strength and corrosion resistance — subsea, offshore and chemical processing applications.
Inconel
Inconel 600 · 625 · 718 · 825
Nickel-chromium superalloy for extreme temperatures — turbines, aerospace and petrochemical reactors.
Monel
Monel 400 · K500
Nickel-copper alloy resistant to seawater and hydrofluoric acid — marine and chemical environments.
Hastelloy
C-276 · C-22 · B-2
Maximum corrosion resistance to oxidising and reducing acids — pharmaceutical, FGD systems.
Brass & Others
Brass · Copper · Aluminium · Nylon
Brass for electrical/plumbing; aluminium for lightweight applications; nylon for insulation and non-metallic joints.
