Lead Time
What is the lead time for custom fasteners?
Typically 7–21 working days depending on material and complexity
Typical Lead Times
Lead time depends on material availability, quantity, complexity and whether the material requires heat treatment or special testing. We always confirm exact lead time with your quote so you can plan your project schedule accurately.
Lead Time Guide
Simple CS/SS custom: 7–10 days · Alloy steel: 10–14 days · Exotic materials (Inconel, Hastelloy): 14–21 days · Large quantities or heat treatment required: 21–28 days · Air freight available for urgent requirements
Factors Affecting Lead Time
Material availability / sourcingComplexity of machiningQuantity — prototype vs. batchHeat treatment requirementsThird-party testing (TPI)Special coating applicationUrgent: air freight available
MOQ
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom fasteners?
No strict MOQ — we supply from 1 prototype to full production runs
Our Approach to MOQ
We do not impose a strict minimum order quantity for custom fasteners. We understand that engineering projects often require sample or prototype quantities for fit and function testing before committing to full production. We supply from single prototype pieces through to large project production runs of thousands.
Typical Order Scenarios
Single prototype for R&D · Small batches for trials (10–50 pcs) · Medium project runs (100–1,000 pcs) · Large EPC project BOM supply (1,000+ pcs per line item) · Repeat scheduled production batches

Docs
What quality documents do you provide with custom orders?
Full MTR, dimensional inspection, heat treatment and test certificates
Standard Documentation
All custom fastener orders are supplied with a full set of quality documentation as standard — no extra charge. The documentation package is traceable back to the raw material heat/lot number and covers every step of the manufacturing process.
Additional Documentation
Third-party inspection (TPI) by your nominated inspector or a neutral third party is available on request. NACE MR0175 compliance documentation, PED/CE marking and witness testing can be arranged.

NACE
Can you supply NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant fasteners?
Yes — for sour service oil & gas applications
NACE MR0175 Compliance
NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 defines material requirements for equipment used in hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) sour service environments — oil & gas production and processing where stress corrosion cracking (SCC) is a risk. We supply NACE-compliant fasteners with full documentation confirming compliance with hardness limits and other requirements.
NACE Compliant Grades
ASTM A193 B7M (studs) · A194 2HM (nuts) · SS 316 / 316L (tested to hardness limits) · Duplex 2205 · Super Duplex 2507 · Inconel 625 — all with NACE compliance documentation
