Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
MOQs vary by product category and material — generally lower for common, frequently stocked items (standard carbon/alloy steel fasteners, common flange sizes) and higher for specialty materials (titanium, nickel superalloys) reflecting minimum economical production run sizes.
Lead Times
Standard catalog items from stock typically ship within days; custom, drawing-based, or specialty material orders follow the manufacturing lead times discussed throughout our materials and manufacturing capability references, communicated clearly at time of quotation.
Payment Terms
Standard net payment terms for established accounts, with extended terms available for qualifying Preferred Stocking Partners per Table 2.A — specific terms established individually based on credit review and program tier.
Returns and Warranty
Standard manufacturing defect warranty applies across all product supplied under EN 10204 3.1/3.2 material certification, consistent with the QC and documentation standards discussed throughout our materials reference library — specific returns process and warranty terms confirmed in the partner agreement.

3.1 — Fulfilment Models
Traditional Stock Purchase
Standard purchase order fulfilment against forecasted or on-demand orders, with the partner holding and managing their own inventory — the standard model for established stocking distributors with predictable demand patterns.
Consignment Stock Programs
For qualifying Preferred Stocking Partners, consignment inventory arrangements reduce the partner’s working capital commitment while ensuring local stock availability for their customers — structured individually based on product mix and sell-through history.
Drop-Ship Direct to End Customer
Direct shipment from RR Hydraulic’s facilities to the partner’s end customer, with the partner’s branding and documentation on the shipment (or blind-shipped without RR Hydraulic branding, per the private-label option in Section 3.2) — reducing the partner’s own handling and warehousing requirements for larger or less frequently ordered items.
Just-in-Time / Scheduled Delivery
For partners supporting EPC or OEM customers with defined project schedules, coordinated delivery scheduling aligned to the end customer’s construction or production timeline — supporting the partner’s own service commitments without requiring them to hold long-lead-time inventory speculatively.

For partners building their own product brand identity, RR Hydraulic offers private-label packaging (partner’s brand name, logo, and part numbering on cartons, tags, and documentation), custom material certification formatting (while retaining the underlying EN 10204 3.1/3.2 traceability and technical content discussed throughout our materials references), and, where required, fully blind-shipped drop delivery with no RR Hydraulic branding visible to the end customer.
