We have no strict MOQ for standard products. We supply from small quantities for maintenance and emergency requirements to bulk orders for major EPC projects. Custom, specialty or exotic material grades may have a minimum batch quantity depending on raw material procurement requirements.

Yes — MTRs (Material Test Reports), dimensional inspection reports and third-party test certificates are available for all orders on request. ISO 9001:2015 certification documentation is also available for procurement and tendering purposes. All our products are manufactured under a certified quality management system with full material traceability.

Our export team handles all documentation, packing, shipping and customs requirements for both CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) and FOB (Free on Board) deliveries. Yes — we manufacture custom fasteners, flanges and fittings to your drawing, sample or written specification. Our engineering team reviews all custom requirements and provides a detailed quote with lead time. We work with exotic materials including Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Duplex SS and more. In-stock standard items are dispatched within 48 hours. Custom or non-stock items typically have a 7–21 day manufacturing lead time depending on quantity and specification. Air freight is available for critical delivery requirements. Our logistics team works to meet EPC project schedules and can provide tracking and shipping documentation for all international orders.

We accept advance payment, Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, and credit terms for established customers. Payment can be made by bank transfer (SWIFT/RTGS/NEFT), L/C at sight, or other mutually agreed methods. For new customers, we typically work on advance payment or confirmed L/C basis. Credit terms are available for regular customers with a proven track record.

Yes — sample pieces are available for evaluation and approval before placing a bulk order. Sample costs and international courier charges are typically borne by the customer but can be adjusted against the value of the first bulk order.
